What is a Political War Room?

A War Room is a dedicated team of digital specialists who operate 24/7 in the critical final weeks before election day. Their job: monitor every social media platform, track opponent narratives, counter misinformation instantly, push viral positive content, and coordinate ground-level communication.

War Room Structure

A fully operational AdCircle War Room includes 2 social media monitors, 2 content creators, 1 graphic designer, 1 video editor, 1 PR coordinator, and 1 strategy lead working in 12-hour shifts for 24/7 coverage.

Day-by-Day War Room Calendar

Day 15-10: Establish monitoring dashboards, begin daily positive content about candidate achievements. Day 10-5: Intensify to 5-8 posts per day, counter opponent narratives. Day 5-1: Maximum intensity with 10+ posts per day, hourly monitoring, rapid response within 30 minutes. Election Day: Mobilization content and live updates.

The 30-Minute Rule

In the War Room, we follow the 30-minute rule: any negative narrative must be countered within 30 minutes. Counter-content posted within 30 minutes reaches 70% of the original audience before they form a fixed opinion.
